Hey! 👋
We're looking for 3 people to join our outgoing, sociable 8 bed house.
In the house, there are currently 2 boys and 3 girls (24 - 30) who are all easy going, young professionals across a range of industries and from all around the UK. Although we all have our own lives and do enjoy some quiet time, we love exploring new bars and doing activities together on the weekends, as well as chilling watching TV during the week (varying from reality shows, sports and series). We have all been in the house for varying amounts of time!
The house spans three floors with a bathroom on each one.
All the available rooms are varying sizes but all have a double bed, plenty of storage and natural light! Most of what you see in the photos is staying furniture wise but to be discussed on viewing.
It's in a great location about 5 minutes from the Station, the High Street and Clapham Common. Bills aren't included (on average £60/ month) - Council Tax Band: F.
