Short term let in a cosy safe home

I have a downstairs room to let in a clean, safe home. The room is spacious and consists of an airbed, tv, sofa and hanging rack. Ideal for someone looking for an interim home. The room is on let for 3 months up until end of April when extension can be reviewed. This is a very bright and airy clean home and all flatmates are respectable and keep to themselves as a preference although we do have the occasional chats. The home is ideally located near two stations with very good connections to central and outer London areas. It is most importantly a very safe area with neighbours who look out for each other.
