1 cosy double room 5 minutes from CJ Station

I am moving out of my flat in Clapham Junction - I’ve lived here for nearly 5 years now but have decided it’s time to move closer to where I work and spend my time.

The flat is really well located - we are super close to Clapham Junction station (about an 8 minute walk) so a really easy commute in or out of London. We’re also very close to Northcote Road in one direction and Battersea Park in the other - so perfect proximity to everything you could possibly need. For such a nice area the rent is also very well priced!

A bit about the room - it’s a double room with a chest of drawers and wardrobe. There’s plenty of space for a desk and chair (happy to sell my desk that’s in the room currently if you were interested!).

You would be sharing a bathroom with only two other people as one of the rooms has an ensuite.

For the flat, we’d generally be looking for someone who is mid to late 20s and is friendly, relaxed, and tidy.
