Double Room near Battersea Rise/Northcote Road

Hi! We’ve got a lovely double room available in our stunning
Victorian house on a quiet residential road.

- 5 housemates (3M, 2F), all of whom work full-time.

- We’re all sociable and get on really well, but everyone also likes doing their own thing. Most of us work from home up to twice a week, so the house has a nice balance of being lively but not chaotic.

- This year we’re hoping to do a few more social bits together (dinners, drinks, nights out, that kind of thing) so someone who’d enjoy getting involved while still having their own space when they want it would fit in perfectly.

- The house itself is in an amazing location: loads of restaurants, bars/pubs and cafés a short walk away. Very close to Northcote Road and about a 10 min walk to Clapham Junction station. It's also a 15 min walk to Clapham Common station

- Room is a beautifully furnished double on the 1st floor, with a comfy bed, desk and loads of storage.

We also have a weekly cleaner who does the whole house, including bedrooms, and all bills are included — council tax, cleaner, high‑speed internet and TV.

We’re ideally looking for someone sociable, clean, and easy‑going. No students or couples, sorry!
