Rent is £740 with all bills around £100 a month.

The Room:

The bedroom has a double bed (under bed storage) with rail and side storage units unit. This is a smaller room but there is space so you are able to add a desk for those who work from home. We have lots of cafes and a coworking space down the road as an alternative.

The Flat:

The apartment is on top of a coffee shop just off Northcote Road (10 second walk). The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift), there is an open plan kitchen & living room. The bathroom is shared.

This is a really lovely area with everything on our doorstep that you could possibly need, including Asda, Lidl, Waitrose and M&S all within 10 min walk maximum. With that being said, it can be super loud so light sleepers may not do well.

Current flatmates:

Nina who works in marketing from Berlin and Eleanor who works in fashion design from up north.

The current flat dynamic is really chill as both of us work quite demanding jobs. It would be ideal to find someone who can slot in who is respectful, tidy and relaxed.

Just a note:

The landlord will need proof of income over £25k and will need to do a credit check. If you're not a British national, you will have need to show that you have lived here for a couple of years minimum for referencing.
