We have a cozy, bright double room available in a 3-bed, 2-bathroom flat in Clapham Junction. The room is located on the second floor and in a quiet spot at the back of the flat. It has a big (double glazed) window and has space for working from home, as well as access to an extra shared wardrobe on the landing. The room shares a bathroom with one other flatmate.

The room comes part furnished with a bed-frame, mattress and clothing rail. Our flatmate moving out is open to selling her other furniture if needed.

The flat itself is a gorgeous Victorian terraced house located on a residential street just a few streets away from Clapham Junction Station, Northcote Road and on the corner of Clapham Common. There are some amazing restaurants, shops, gyms, fitness studios, supermarkets and transport links all within walking distance!

We also have a lovely big open-plan living space, kitchen and dining area with loads of space to chill and cook.

Current flatmates:

Amy has lived in the flat for 3.5 years and is a Clinical Psychologist. Loves fitness, reading, tv/films and travelling.

Caitlin has lived in the flat for a year and works in travel. Loves cooking, travelling, and socialising.

We both have our own plans and social groups but love to come home to a friendly, chilled, clean and homely space. We would ideally love to have another girl in her late 20s/early 30s join us.

Rent is £820pm and bills are roughly £90-120pm on top.

Viewings will be in the evenings Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th Feb for move in from the 7th - 29th March.
