I am looking for someone to move into a single bedroom in this 1st floor two bedroom flat. The available bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished, and has a double bed and can fit a small desk and wardrobe, it currently is furnished with a bed side table, clothes rack and double bed that can come with the room. The flat also has access to an outdoor shared garden. The flat has a spacious open plan kitchen and living room in one space. It comes with a clothes washer, induction hob, and oven, and I currently have a microwave and a blender as well. It has double glazed windows with great sound insulation from the main road.

The flat is located on Battersea Rise, with an ideal location near many shops and restaurants, and less than a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station.

The common areas are furnished, and the bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. The rent does not include bills (which are around £60 per month, including wifi). If you are a student, council tax is not payable. Otherwise, the flat is in Council Tax Band C for Wandsworth.
