Double Room Available in Clapham Junction

Hello!

We have three double rooms becoming available in our spacious 4-bedroom flat in Clapham Junction, as a couple of the current tenants are heading back to Australia. It’s a friendly, relaxed house and we’re looking for chilled, sociable people aged 24–32 to join.

THE ROOM
Good-sized double room
Furnished with bed, storage, and desk
Bright, neutral décor
Rent: £650 per month
Bills: Shared, approximately £125 per month

Rooms available mid to end of January. Viewings available throughout this period and early January.

THE FLAT

Large communal lounge with sofas and TV – ideal for relaxing or a few weekend pints

Fully equipped kitchen with white goods
Dining area
One full bathroom plus additional WC

This is very much a home, not a silent flat — we’re looking for people who want to be part of the household.

HOUSEMATES

You’ll be sharing with guys in their mid twenties. (2 British and a Venezuelan). All easy-going and enjoy playing sports, going to the gym, and either heading to the pub at the weekend or chilling on the sofa. Looking for a like-minded, friendly person who is clean, respectful, and up for the occasional chat or beer.
