Bright, Spacious Double Room in Modern 3-Bed Flat

We're 2 mates in their late 20s/early 30s looking for someone to replace our current (3rd) housemate so we're looking for someone to join the flat in March.

The Flat
Living Space: Large open-plan living area featuring a 75-inch TV - ideal for live sport.

Kitchen: High-spec and fully equipped, including a washer and dryer. Open plan kitchen/living room so all very sociable.

Cleaning: A cleaner comes every two weeks (approx. £15 each) to do all communal spaces, but we keep on top of things between visits.

Location: 2-minute walk to the green space of Clapham Common one side with a 2 minute walk to the shops and cafes of Lavender Hill on the other.

Transport: 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction, 20 minutes to Clapham Common Tube, multiple bus routes within a 2 min walk.

The Room
Double room with plenty of storage including a large wardrobe, with ample space for a desk.

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms shared between the 3 of us.

Current Housemates
You’ll be sharing with Calum (30) and Rory (28). We both work in tech, love sport and are friendly and laid-back.

New Housemate
We are looking for a young professional (25-35) who is clean, friendly and respectful. Ideally someone with a similar schedule who has a mostly office based full time job with 1-2 days wfh per week.


The Details
Rent: £1,150 per month.

Deposit: One month's rent.

Bills: Approx. £120 per month.

Move-in: Flexible between 1st March - 31st March.
