Two Rooms Available In Clapham Junction Flat 🩷

Hello! We have two rooms available in our four-bed bed Clapham Junction flat in from 11th March and 1st April, so we’re looking for two friendly girls (a pair or individuals!) to come and join us.

We adore the flat. It’s spacious and in a very safe area, with 4 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living room and a good-sized kitchen. We’re located off of Northcote Road and Battersea Rise, so there are loads of lovely pubs, restaurants and coffee shops on our doorstep. We’re a 2 min walk from Clapham Common, an 8 min walk from Clapham Junction station and a 15 min bus from Clapham Common tube station. Lidl and Asda are both an 8 min walk away and we have Tescos, Sainsbury’s and M&S on Battersea Rise/Northcote Road.

Amy Davies wfh once a week and Annabel Valks works mostly from home with one day in the office and some travel for events etc. We socialise together and love trying out new restaurants, going out for drinks and picnicking on the Common but also lead independent lives. We’re looking for girls who are sociable and outgoing but are also happy doing their own thing.

We’ve lived in the flat for two years without having any issues with the landlord. They are usually good at fixing any issues and we’re in the process of arranging some maintenance before the new tenants move in, so it will be feeling nice and fresh!

Bedroom 1 is on the top floor. It has a floor to ceiling window, built-in wardrobes, a double bed and space for a small desk. This room is available from 11th March.

Bedroom 2 is on the first floor alongside a shower room and toilet. It also has a large window and built-in wardrobes with space for a desk. This room is available from 1st April, which is when the tenancy renews. Both rooms are available for £1,075 - £1,125 pcm (both rooms will be the same price but we are currently renegotiating the rent with our landlord lol!) and our bills are £80pcm.
