A bright double room in a first floor flat is available immediately (or latest move-in by the end of March). The room comes with its own private family bathroom located right opposite the bedroom so no waiting in the morning. Furniture in the pictures is provided.
Ideally situated just off Northcote Road, with easy access to a great selection of bars, pubs, and shops. There’s a Sainsbury’s a few steps away and Clapham Junction station is just a 10 minute walk away with access to National Rail and the Overground. Clapham Common is a bike or short bus ride away for the northern line.
You will be sharing with a 30 year old female who works in sports consultancy and spends her spare time either chilling in the flat or playing sports and meeting up with friends.
Please note, due to the room size, it’s not suitable for working from home.
Bills are paid separately and around £130 each
