2 Rooms Available in Clapham Junction Flat

Hiya! We’re Tiffany and Ben, and we have two rooms to fill in our 4-room 3-floor house share in Clapham!

A bit about the rooms:
Room 1: £985.00 pm (before bills,) with a cute built-in, though non-functioning, fireplace, and shelves. Comes furnished with a double bed only. Move in date is from April 3rd, with a deposit of £1105.

One shared bathroom just outside of the room, and a shared shower downstairs.

Room 2: £1250.00 pm (before bills,) with a large bay window, built-in closets, and a decked-out ensuite. Comes unfurnished. Move in date is from April 1st, with a deposit of £1250.

Bills for both rooms will be around £100-£150 per month, and include all the utilities, council tax, tv license, wifi, and a bi-weekly cleaner.

We have a huge shared living space with all the essentials, a large kitchen with a gas hob, a dishwasher, a basement, a washing machine, and a garden that is great for hosting in the summer.

The house itself is minutes from Clapham Common, and we are very close walking distance to Northcote Road. There is amazing access to transportation, including the Northern Line, Overground, Nat. Rail, and tons of buses, plus easy access to the Victoria Line (the dream!!)

A bit about us:
Tiffany is a 27-year-old who works in the arts. She loves a day (or night) out but also loves to be in for a film and some snacks. She’s often found painting and is currently learning to cook more than just rice.

Ben is in his early-30s and works in transportation planning. He enjoys sports (and is very good at tag rugby,) and enjoys a night out with mates. He works hybrid, although usually in the office. You probably will find him on his bike.

What we’re looking for:
Late 20s to mid-30s and social would be ideal! We have no preference on work schedule, hobbies, or gender, but while we enjoy good company, this isn’t a party house. We’re not keen on surprise parties or afters, though we’re always up for planned gatherings and regular flat hangs.
