Furnished en-suite double bedroom

Your room is on the top (third) floor of the building, on its own private side of the flat. You’ll have your own bathroom (loo, sink, shower) and a furnished double bedroom (desk, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe), plus an extra rack and hangers in the corridor if you need a bit more space.

On the other side of the flat, there’s a large kitchen and a huge living room. We’ve got a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, two fridges and freezers, an extra cupboard we never actually open, a big TV, sofas, beanbags, and a rug.

The flat is part of a gated complex with loads of private green space, an indoor heated pool, gym, jacuzzi, and sauna. It’s literally a two-minute walk to the back entrance of Clapham Junction station, and about five minutes into the centre where there are loads of pubs, shops, and markets.

There are currently three of us in the flat. Two of us (Felix and Jake) are staying and are on placement working in the city, while the third is moving to Germany. We’re looking for someone clean and tidy, but also social and friendly, someone we’ll get on with. We’d love to have a chat first to get to know each other a bit better.

We don't currently pay council tax as we are all technically students on placement, so would be nice if you are too but we can work around that.
