My current flatmate Adrian is unfortunately moving abroad so I am looking for a new flatmate! I am studying for a a PhD in medicine so am used to early nights these days and lead quite a quiet life so someone like-minded would be ideal.
The available room is bright and airy, with a floor-to-ceiling window, en suite bathroom with shower, and an enormous amount of built-in storage.

The flat itself is modern, very well kept, and in excellent condition. It’s on the top floor (so no noise from above) and is exceptionally peaceful at night. It has high ceilings, large floor to ceiling windows, and plenty of natural light throughout. At around 1,000 sq ft, it’s a generous space, so it would suit someone who enjoys a friendly home but also values their privacy.

Location-wise, it’s in a great spot right by the Thames, around a 10-minute walk from Clapham Junction, with regular bus routes into central London just outside. Battersea Park is a 20-minute walk away.

A bit about me: I’m a 32-year-old surgical trainee, currently doing research for the next three years. I’m friendly and sociable, and I enjoy spending time with the people I live with, whether that’s cooking together, going to the local pub, or just catching up at home. I’m into sport and am an enthusiastic, if very average, golfer.

I’m looking for someone easy-going, considerate, and tidy, who wants a relaxed, friendly home. Whilst we’ve respected each other’s privacy, Adrian and I have gone for drinks, cooked for each other or eaten out together on at least a weekly basis and I’d love to continue this with someone else.
