Beautiful Riverside Flat

A double room with your own bathroom available at the end of March/start of April. (Some flexibility)

This is the best flat I’ve lived in by some distance in my 13 years in London since moving from Scotland.

With sunnier weather about to hit, it’s the best time to be in the flat/courtyard/balcony!

It’s a very, very quiet flat and area.

Gorgeous open plan living room/kitchen with new dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and oven in the last two years since moving in.

10ish minutes to either Clapham Junction or Wandsworth Town. 1 minute to St Mary’s Wandsworth Pier for the boat into central which is my preference when travelling.

Usual charges on tenancy changes to apply and the landlord is very responsive and efficient in dealing with anything that has happened.

Current flatmate is moving in with partner.
