✨We’re three girls looking for a female professional between the ages of 27-32 to join our gorgeous 4 bed riverside home in Battersea. Our amazing housemate who has lived in the house for 2 years is buying her first home (big slay). The room is available from the 11th April. We’re hoping to find someone who’ll fit into our homely, sociable house and help keep the great vibe we’ve built.✨

We’re all professionals aged 27–30 and get on really well there are always lots of laughs, wine, and shared TV moments. We love exploring London, catching up over dinner and drinks, watching Netflix together, and heading to the gym. We’re looking for someone who’s happy to join in, but who also appreciates having their own space and downtime.

• Bathroom next door, shared with two of us

Rent & Bills 💵
• £1,130 per month
• Bills approx. £125 (varies slightly with the season/energy prices)
• We all contribute to a joint account that covers bills, fibre broadband, and household essentials—any leftover usually goes towards house activities!
