I am sadly moving out of my flat with my wonderful housemates.

2 minutes walk from Clapham junction, in a prime location for all transport links. Super close to Lidl, Asda, 2 Sainsbury’s locals, M&S, Waitrose - basically every single supermarket you could want!

Less than a 5 minute walk to Northcote road which has heaps of lovely pubs, coffee shops and general shopping. 10 min walk to Wandsworth common, 15 min walk to Clapham Common, 25 min walk to Battersea park.

The house is spacious and light. The room is a very large double and is an absolute steal for the price!

You’ll be living with 3 other girls, all kiwi and Aussie in their late 20s. They’re sociable and enjoy having a laugh/chat/yap/post work catchup but also enjoy their own space.

Ideally looking for someone 25+, no students or couples sorry.

Room is £937.50 not including bills (which come to £80-100 monthly depending on the season). Deposit TBC but I believe it is around £1178

Has a car park space that we share with the other 3 flats in the block, first come first served but it’s never full so if you have a car you’ll be able to park it.

Contract is currently until November but the landlord loves us and will be open to renewing.

Move in date flexible but will be around 6-12th April.
