Sunny double bed w/ balcony - 10 min to CJ!

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take the second room in my lovely 2 bed flat near Clapham Junction. Planning to do viewings this week!

I’ve lived here for the past 2.5 years and it’s been a really great flat. The area feels safe and is super well connected - Clapham Junction is under 10 minutes away, with buses nearby and Lime bike parking just outside.

The bedroom gets loads of natural light and feels really bright. There’s also plenty of space for a desk if you work from home (the desk pictured could potentially be included)

A bit about me - I’m 26 and work in marketing for Deliveroo, usually working from home 2-3 days a week. Outside of work I’m into the usual things: gym, running, travelling, trying new restaurants, and seeing friends. I like going out occasionally but the flat itself isn’t a party flat. I keep things reasonably tidy and like having a calm, comfortable home environment.

I’m looking for a professional woman in her mid/late 20s to early 30s who’s tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. Ideally someone settled in London with their own friends and routine - I’d love to be friendly and hang out (watch TV, pub, walks etc!) but also very happy doing our own thing.

I’m relaxed about guests/hosting, though it’s nice to keep things fairly calm during the week. Overall, it’s a relaxed, homely flat rather than a party house, which has worked really well.

Move in would be around 8 April, but can be flexible for the right person!
