Location: 2 mins walk from Clapham Junction station, on a quiet family style street.
The room: Double bed with new mattress (bought myself this Christmas), gets lots of light and has a full size fitted wardrobe.
Additional amenities: Full security system with video feedback on door, dishwasher and new heating system across the whole flat. The landlord lives upstairs so is super responsive for any issues and genuinely a nice person.
You will be sharing with the lovely Abigail (25), who works in the office 5 days a week.
Cost: £1400/month plus approx £100 bills.
We are looking for a girl around the same age, clean and respectful but equally looking for a friend not just a flatmate. And can to make this flat her own! 🫶
