Sadly our housemate has had a change in circumstance so we have a big furnished room going in an amazing house in SW11 Battersea/Clapham Junction just off the river.

Rent: £844.50 + bills (no more than 100 average)

Move in: ideally as soon as possible - can be slightly flexible and subject to referencing

You’ll be living with one girl and three guys, mid 20s who do a mix of work from home and in the office.

A fun and sociable bunch who love a pub trip but also appreciate down time after a long day, we’re all great friends and the house is huge so we never feel on top of each other!

NOTE - only looking for a girl to keep the balance. Ideally easy going and chill, mid twenties, with a circle but also wanting to be friends with the house for a cheeky drink or movie watch

MUST be willing to stay till January minimum - expect there is chance to extend if wanted too. It’s right by the river with loads of windows so the perfect place for summer too!

No couples sorry and you’ll need to be in a job/have a contract to pass referencing.
