Hello! Bright double room available in a lovely house near Clapham Junction from May 11th. Unfortunately our 3rd housemate is moving out so we are looking for a someone to join us in a beautiful 3 bed maisonette in Clapham Junction.
Your room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and set of cupboards (lots of storage space!). Location is a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction and 3 minute walk from Clapham Common.
The place has stunning light, comes fully furnished and is very spacious.
You’ll be living with myself and Oskar. We’re both 26. We both work hybrid and enjoy spending time hanging out together as well as doing our own thing.
We’re looking for a friendly, respectful and social flatmate.
To pass reference checks you’ll need to be earning over £33,000 annually.
