We’re two female professionals (30s) looking for a tidy, friendly female flatmate to join our gorgeous 3-bed loft in Battersea.
We both have busy careers and treat the flat as a peaceful sanctuary at the end of the day, but we’re always up for a catch-up, a glass of wine, or a movie night!

The Space
The room is large and bright (approx 14sqm) and has been recently renovated:
- Brand new Premium Emma Mattress + under-bed storage.
- Huge floor to ceiling built-in closet and a new compact desk.
- The Bathroom: Shared with only one other person. It has a large shower with a water filter (hello, shiny hair!), WC, and makeup storage.

The Loft
The flat is an industrial loft with character-massive windows, high ceilings, always flooded with natural light.

- Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, hot water tap, dishwasher, washing machine and our fave pink smeg toaster 😊

- 3 mins walk to Battersea Park (Sun Gate)—perfect for morning walks or runs.
- 10 mins to the River Thames.
- 12 mins walk to Clapham Junction Rail & Overground.
- 1 min to major bus routes (344, 44, 87, etc.).
- Convenience: Tesco, Sainsbury’s, gyms, and local pubs are all within a 3-minute walk.

About Us
We’re friendly, easy-going, and respectful of each other's space. We’ve moved past the "party flat" stage and appreciate a calm environment, but we’re looking for a sociable flatmate who’d enjoy a chilled atmosphere at home.
