£400/month room Clapham Junction for1-2months only

Hi 👋 please read the description carefully first

I have my current room to offer for 1 or 2 months only.
The landlady is most likely selling the property so we all have to move out by 2nd June. I found a new place early but need some to replace me as the notice period is 2 months.
It’s a 3 bedroom flat with a nice living room but you will be sharing it with 1 other flatmate only as the third flatmate is moving out by the end of this month. So there is a lot of space and the bathroom is quite big too.
The flat is super close to Clapham Junction station, 5 min walk only

The rent is £400 plus the bills which are around £100 (potentially less now as the heating is mostly switched off)
It is a quite flat, we’d like someone responsible, mature, clean and tidy, ladies only!

Unfortunately the only furniture staying in the room is the bed, chair and desk, big white wardrobe
The curtains, rugs and 2 white chest of drawers are mine (I can sell them if you’re interested)
Please contact me only if you’re able to move in from 1st May or start paying rent and bills from this date 🙏
