We are looking for 4 clean and responsible tenants to take over our lovely 4-bedroom flat for a short-term stay. The apartment has good-sized rooms, with one slightly smaller but still perfectly livable, especially for a short stay. There is a bright and spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal, just a 2-minute walk to Clapham Junction station with excellent transport links, along with plenty of nearby cafés, restaurants, shops, and parks. Bills are approximately £80 to £90 per month. The tenancy runs from 4 May to 12 June. We can facilitate an option to resign but it’s up to you as our lease will end in June.
