Double room in 3 bed house (Battersea / CJ)

Hey!

I'll be moving out of my room in our 3 bed flat so looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The tenancy is a rolling monthly contract. Please note the landlord has put the flat on the market but no offers have been made to buy the flat yet. He previously tried to sell a couple of years ago but ended up taking it off the market.

The room comes furnished with:
- Double bed (and mattress)
- Chest of draws
- Wardobe

(Bedroom 2 on the floorplan)

There's also plenty of space for a decent sized desk and it gets plenty of natural light.

We have 2 bathrooms. One is a full bathroom with shower over bath. The other is just a toilet.

There's 2 storage cupboards in the flat which you'll have access to for storing coats, boxes, luggage etc.

We also have a balcony and access to the residents only roof terrace which is great for summer.

You'll be living with David (33) and Oke (28) who are both working professionals so are usually out of the house during the work day and back during the evening. We'll usually have quiet evenings during the week, watching something on TV and having a chat whilst cooking, but are always up for social events on a weekend if schedules align. We'd like someone who matches that vibe so please give a little information about you when reaching out!

The flat is in a super convient location being only a 10-15 min walk to Clapham Junction or Wandsworth Town stations. There's also a bus stop at the end of the road which is useful for getting to Fulham and Earls court (C3) or Tooting and Victoria (44/N44)

There's a Co-op on the ground floor of the building, and a GP, Pharmacy, Dentist and Gym all on our road.

We split bills evenly so you'll be paying roughly £100 -£120 each month.
Council tax: Wandsworth - Band F

We currently rent out our parking space for £150 a month, so you'll get £50 a month back from that.

David will be moving out shortly so his room is also available at the same time if you have someone else who you want to move in with. Room 3 on the floor plan.
