TAKE OVER OUR TENANCY IN MAY - We are looking for 4 clean and responsible tenants to take over our tenancy in a lovely 4-bedroom flat. The apartment has good-sized rooms, with one slightly smaller but still perfectly livable. There is a bright and spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal, just a 2-minute walk to Clapham Junction station with excellent transport links, along with plenty of nearby cafés, restaurants, shops, and parks. Bills are approximately £80 to £90 per month. We will facilitate the takeover of tenancy with our agency. We are open to groups and pairs, so feel free to get in touch with a bit about yourself.
