Hi! I’m moving out in August and we’re looking for a woman to take over my room, working professionals and Master’s/PhD students are both welcome if you are willing to share council tax.

A bright 12 m² room within a 70 m² flat on the 15th floor, directly opposite Clapham Junction station. The building comes with a gym, swimming pool, hammam, jacuzzi, one shared parking spot, and a staffed reception to grab your parcels when you’re out.
You’d be sharing with Nuha (female, 24), who is friendly, tidy and great to live with.

Clapham Junction station is literally outside the front door. The high street is a 5–7 minute walk with Lidl, M&S, Waitrose, ASDA, Boots and Sainsbury’s all within easy reach. Battersea Park is about 20 minutes on foot if you fancy a morning run or a sunny walk.
