Hello!

We are looking for a new roommate to join our sociable all female house share near Clapham Junction!

The Room:
The extra-large room faces both the front of the street and the rear garden. It has a seperate room attached which could be used as a study/ office or extra storage. Study/office also has a Juliette balcony. It comes fully furnished with a comfy double bed/mattress, wardrobe and chests of drawers, box shelves, desk and chair. Ideal for hybrid working!

The House:
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate downstairs toilet, communal lounge, communal dining room/laundry room, washing machine/ tumble dryer, kitchen and large rear garden which gets the sun all day. We live on a quiet, safe close which is minutes away from St John's Hill, full of fun bars, restaurants, pubs and a little Sainsbury's. Clapham Junction station is a 10 minute walk which has connections into Victoria (7 minutes) and Waterloo (9 minutes.) There is also a huge Asda and Lidl nearby. Lots of parks and the River Thames nearby. Bills are shared amongst the tenants and are approximately, £90 to £100/ month/person.
Fast broadband provided by the landlord.

The Flatmates
We are all working professionals in our mid-late twenties.
Hannah is nurse and Char and Holly are both teachers. We are all sociable and are looking for friendly roommate to join the house. We all enjoy going to the gym, a few drinks at the pub and going to gigs X

What We're Looking For:
- Someone fun, friendly, tidy and respectful who wants to get involved and feel at home.
- We are looking for a 25-33 year old professional, nonsmoking female who wants to become part of our home.
