🙋🏻‍♀️ Looking for someone to take over my room as I am moving into my own place! You’d be living with Tiegan (28), Rob (27) & Ethan (26), a lovely bunch of professionals who work 3+ days in the city. Tiegan is in BD and loves running & cycling. Rob works in insurance and is a dedicated rower. Ethan is in banking and is a keen traveller/skiier. We’ve worked together to maintain a lovely, peaceful and clean home. We get on really well, respect each other’s privacy & belongings and need for downtime and go out for drinks every so often too.

Their ideal new housemate is a professional that shares similar values in relation to their home and who is open and friendly, and whom will respect each others personal space while also being able to chill out in the open plan space together ☺️

💸 Rent: £1060 pcm. The room is technically £1200 each but given we share with a couple it’s a bargain! This means bills are proportionately cheaper. Approx £70-90 each for gas/electric/water/wifi & council tax. This would be cheaper in summer months coming. Deposit is £960. Landlord is super responsive & proactive.
