Hi! I am a young professional working in healthcare who is looking for a flatmate to share this spacious apartment with.

The room is a good size and fully furnished, with a king-sized bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. The flat is a 2 bed 2 bath, so you'll have your own bathroom (it's not en-suite but the bathroom is directly-opposite).

The flat is in a great location - only a 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction Station. Nearby you have a Lidl, Asda, Tesco Express, and a great high street. Battersea park is about a 15 minute walk away, and it's only a short bus ride to the power station. The flat is very large, comprising of a well-equipped kitchen (and a dishwasher!) as well as a spacious living/dining room.

Rent is £1155pcm, and this includes broadband and water. There is no gas in the flat, so electricity and council tax (band D) come to about an extra £110 per month. The room is available on the 1st June, and ideally someone would move in as close to this date as possible.

The property is in a building containing 24 other flats, and this building is in a wider complex of 6 buildings, which is gated and has its own concierge. The complex has a sauna, pool and jacuzzi that you will have access to.

About me:
I'm 23 and I moved to London from Sheffield over a year ago to work as a scientist. I enjoy cooking, running, yoga and reading. I'm pretty chill and sociable - I enjoy having a chat in the evenings and going to the pub, but I also respect others' personal space and need for quiet. I don't host very often, but I have a boyfriend who is over occasionally.

As someone who is very clean and tidy, I'm looking for someone similar. The ideal housemate would be female and of a similar age. This is a great flat in a great area, and it would be lovely to find someone who wants a place that feels like home!
