The move in date is 1st July. Rent is £1205. Savills eligibility checks require the person to earn £36,150 a year. Wandsworth area for council tax, bills are roughly £80-110 per month depending on the season.

Amy (32) has lived in the flat for almost 4 years and is a Clinical Psychologist. Likes TV/films, reading, travelling, running and signing up for side quests around London.

Catherine (29) has recently joined the house in March and works in Public Affairs. Likes going out for walks, watching tv, listening to podcasts, socialising and m&s cookies.
