Looking to sublet my room while I am away for work - 2 June to 10 July (flexible).
Good sized room near Clapham Junction with easy access to Central London, lots of nearby shops/cafes/restaurants, and close to Battersea Park.
Room has a double bed, desk, built-in wardrobe and lots of storage space. Building has access to a free gym, pool and sauna. Shared bathroom and kitchen. On the 7th floor so lots of light and views over the city.
Sharing with a lovely professional kiwi couple (27mf). Dan is an engineer and Loz is in advertising. Outdoorsy and into live music. Social but we keep the flat clean and are not a party house. Ideally looking for another professional, late twenties to early thirties.
£1000 rent per month and £500 deposit. Bills not included but normally about £70.
