Large ground floor bedroom in social house just off St. John’s Hill, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep!

We are looking for a female flatmate for our 4 bed house and it would be great to find somebody willing to get socially invested in our house ☺️. We are a sociable house but also love our down time and time with our own friends. We are a very clean household and would love to find somebody who would fit in this dynamic.

🛏The room is an ideal size. It comes fully furnished with:
- double bed and mattress
- chest of drawers
- desk and chair
- large wardrobe
- (also has a sink)

💷The room itself is £895 per month, excluding bills. The bills are split evenly between the housemates and come to around £80/90 per month. The landlord currently pays for WiFi. The landlord will need a previous landlord reference, an employer reference and proof of salary, substantial savings/parental guarantor. Deposit is £1032.

🏡The house is a three story 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, one on the bottom floor and one on the top floor. It has an open plan kitchen and lovely back garden area perfect for the summer time. Super fast WiFi.

🧺There is a separate cloakroom, where we have a washer and dryer, along with all the cleaning equipment (i. e. Hoover, mop, etc).

🧽🧼We are very tidy and are looking for somebody who cleans up after themselves and who is willing to participate in the cleaning schedule as we all do :)

There is a Sainsbury’s 2 minutes away, and an Asda / M&S / Lidl / Waitrose 10 minutes away walking or 5 minutes on the bus.

The house is 10 minutes walk away from Northcote Road, 30 minutes away from Battersea Park, and 5 minutes away from Wandsworth common. 🌿🌳🪵

🚌🏃🏻‍♀️It’s a 10 min walk to both Clapham Junction station and Wandsworth Town station. There are bus stops just across the road with buses 37, 39, 87, 156, 170, 219, 337, 639, 670 and N87. It is a short 15 min walk to Southside Shopping centre.
