The flat is located near Clapham Junction train station (8min walk) and direct bus (2min walk) towards Wandsworth/Tooting or Victoria.
The bedroom is furnished and comes with double bed, wardrobe and sofa. There is also extra storage outside of the bedroom.
Monthly rent is £850 and exclude bills that are shared between the 3 tenants (~£100/month for the bills).
