✨Cosy Room in Huge Clapham Junction House

Holaaaa, we're Hannah, Charlie, Isabelle and Trib and we're looking for a new housemate for a room in a mixed 5 bed house as our beloved housemate Jonny is moving out.

The room is available officially from 19th June but there can be a little flexibility to move before this if needed. You’ll be joining at the start of a new year contract so hoping to find someone who wants to stay for a least a year.

THE HOUSE:
🏠 The house is a huge 5 bed Victorian terrace split over 3.5 floors with a large kitchen, living room and dining room great for movie nights and hosting dinners, garden and roof terrace (amazing for summer). The room shares a bathroom with one other housemate, Trib (M) on the top floor of the house. There is a second bathroom that 3 of the other housemates share.

📍 We’re located right next to Clapham Common, close to Battersea Rise, with Clapham Junction station around 10 mins away and great bus routes into central at either end of the road. Third Space, Fitness First just down the road and Asda, Lidl, Boots, post office, Sainsbury’s and Tesco all on the doorstep.

💵The room is £895 per month from the start of the new contract, bills are £111 and include a monthly cleaner and wifi. Deposit £935

🪑 The room is on the top floor at the back of the house facing the garden, and comes furnished with a double bed. The rest of the furniture is Jonny's but he's open to discussing selling it on.

HOUSEMATES:
• 2 girls Hannah (29) Isabelle (28) and 2 guys Trib (28) and Charlie (30), all met through spare room over the past few years.
• They all hybrid work and are in and out of the house
• We're super chill and friendly group. We're a bit past big nights out but often catch up over dinner and like watching tv in the evenings together. Want someone who will bring this energy to the house as well!

REQUIREMENTS:
• Looking for male or female between 25-30.
• Non smoker, no pets (sadly!)
• Working professional - hybrid would be nice but not a dealbreaker!
