Double room, £700 pm in Clapham Junction

A bright, good-sized double bedroom is now available in Clapham Junction. It comes unfurnished, but with the option of using an IKEA double sofa bed.
My previous flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a professional to share a spacious maisonette close to all amenities. Ideally someone tidy, friendly, positive, independent and quiet.

Council tax and water are covered by the live-out landlady.
Electricity and gas are paid by the tenants every three months, and Wi-Fi is paid monthly.
Bills usually work out at around £70-80 per month on average across the year, although of course this depends on usage, so I’m looking for someone considerate.
