Small double room in lovely Victorian House

Our flatmate is moving out so we are looking for someone great to move in.

Room is on the smaller side but can fit a small desk. Has plenty of storage space and comes furnished with a bed and bedside table.

Spacious home with a separate kitchen, lounge & dining area and a small courtyard which is very handy in the summer.

Excellent location, 4 mins from Clapham Junction station. Lidl, Asda and Boots on your doorstep.

You’ll be living with 3 others - 1 female 29 years old, and 2 males in their early 30s. All in professional jobs, get on well and enjoy a drink together every now & then at the weekends. Looking for someone social who is happy to help us to keep the place clean & tidy.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one male and one female.

Bills are not included in the rent, however we all contribute £110/month which leaves some excess to pay for all bills and extras like toilet paper, cleaning products, shared kitchen items, and a cleaner once a fortnight for common areas.

Room is available from the 10th of June. Looking for someone who is keen to find a long term place to live.
