- It’s a great size with lots of storage and an open plan living/kitchen area, a balcony and also a roof top terrace which is great for the summer.
- Available from 14th June.
- Rent is £1,237.50 per month and bills are usually around £150 per person per month.
- Deposit is £1,312.50 and is logged via DPS.
- Referencing will be £30.

Current Housemate 👩🏼
- You will be sharing the flat with Hollie who is 33 and works in HR.
- Hollie is in the office 5 days a week.
- Has her own social life but enjoys going to the gym, travelling, exploring London, seeing friends!

New Housemate Preferences 👩🏻
- Hollie is looking for a likeminded female who will make the flat a home.
- The flat is a cosy clean space so Hollie is looking to share with someone who is respectful and will keep it this way.
- Someone who will be a friend as well as a housemate and is happy to hang out with a wine or watch tv in the evenings!
