We're looking for two new flatmates to take over a tenancy from the 22nd of July in a friendly, clean flat. The two former flatmates have lived in the flat for 3/4 years and loved it, but now moving in with their partners. Maisie, the remaining flatmate, is a 24 year old professional.

Both rooms are absolute bargains at £700 and £680 pcm respectively. Bills are currently approximately £90 pppm (gas/electricity, water, council tax and broadband). The deposit is £658.33

The flat is a spacious three-bed maisonette. The rooms are light and airy, with plenty of storage space downstairs. The flat has everything you need - a good sized kitchen (equipped with dishwasher and washing machine) and an enormous living room. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. There is also space to store a bike. Both rooms have double beds, big wardrobes, bed-side cabinets and drawers.

The flat is just off of Battersea High Street and very close to Battersea Square, with restaurants and cafes, the river and Battersea Park. There are a Tesco and Sainsburys in a five minute walk, and Clapham Junction is a ten minute walk away. The flat is on a low-rise, two-storey ex-council block, with friendly neighbours.

No couples or pets (sadly).
