Bedroom in shared house, close to Clapham Junction

We are looking for a young professional to join us in a newly refurbished house in Clapham Junction, a short walk to the station, Clapham Common and all the fun stuff in between.

We’re all young professionals in our 20s/early 30s (2 boys and 2 girls); 2x NHS workers, a Consultant and a lawyer – we lead busy lives and mostly use the house to relax and unwind. We occasionally host dinner parties but mostly like to keep things chilled.

The room has double bed with a wardrobe, desk and shared bathroom. The house has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living space and separate front living room. Outdoor space with bbq.

Contract: 12 months then 2 month rolling contact
Notice period: 2 months
Price: £950 / month inc. bills (Utilities, WiFi, council tax, fortnightly cleaner).
