Looking for someone to take over a lovely en-suite room in a fantastic South West London location for a 3-month stay (beginning of July – end of September).

Top-floor en-suite room
10-minute walk to Clapham Junction and Wandsworth town
£1,100 pcm + bills (approximately £120 pcm)

Short-term let: beginning of July to end of September

The room comes furnished with a (small) walk-in-wardrobe, bed and offers lots of space and storage. Easy to put a desk in the room and big window for natural light. The ensuite has a shower/bath, loo and sink.

Theres an shared open-plan kitchen/living room. You'll be living with two friendly 25-year-old girls, one working in sustainability and the other in finance. We are both in the office four days a week so relaxed with wfh or office. We're hoping to find a working professional who is clean, considerate, and easy-going.

The location is ideal, with St John's Hill, Northcote Road, and Wandsworth Town all on your doorstep. Great cafés, pubs, restaurants, shops, and transport links nearby.
