Cost:
- £1000 a month for rent (bills not included, usually about £80 a month).
- Council tax is Band C in Wandsworth (cheapest council tax in London!).

I am moving out as I am going travelling over the summer. You would be taking over my name on the tenancy agreement which is currently a 12 month contract until 26th September and then becomes a monthly rolling contract.

You would be sharing the flat with one other tenant - she is 25 and a trainee solicitor - she works in the office most days of the week - and really easy to live with and get on with!!
