Short-term room rent

Looking to rent my room in my share house from the 17/07-26/07, for £300 while I’m travelling. Bills are all included.

Really lovely south facing room, featuring a king sized bed, clothes rail, and desk. The room has 5 windows and an original fire place.

The flat is in prime location, 5-10min walk to Clapham Junction station and 10-15min bus to Clapham Common. 5min walk to Asda and Lidl. There is a bus stop out the front of the flat.

The existing flat mates are very lovely, 2 girls and 1 boy. A friendly flat, however, we respect our alone time too.

The flat had a communal bathroom, with an extra toilet and shower on the ground floor. It also has a large kitchen/living room with a dining table. It has street access and 2 doors with Yale locks and deadlocks so incredibly secure.
