We have two double bedrooms available in this four bed flat share.

Property has two bathrooms to share, a large communal kitchen and dining room, and a large communal sitting room. The flat also has lots of storage, and an external shed.

Bills are split amongst the tenants (approximately £80-£100 per person)

Clapham junction station is a 5-10 minute walk away, with various shops, Tesco, Sainsbury, gym and the Thames all within a 5 minute walk.

Rooms come with bed, drawers and wardrobes.

Two flatmates have recently moved out, so we are now looking for two respectful tenants, ideally a professional in their late twenties or thirties. We’re sociable and love a good chat—but we always respect personal space and keep the flat is a clean and tidy state.
