I'm looking for a friendly, considerate professional to share my flat on a Monday–Friday basis.

The flat is a recently redecorated top-floor 2-bed on Lavender Sweep, less than 5 minutes' walk from Clapham Junction station, making it ideal for someone who works in London during the week but has a main home elsewhere.

It's also 5 mins walk from Clapham Common and all the great amenities on Northcote Road.

The room is a bright double with:

- Comfy double bed
- Built-in drawers
- Hanging space
- Small desk
- Blackout blinds
- Fast, reliable WiFi

The flat itself is bright and spacious, with a large open-plan kitchen/living area and a modern bathroom.

All bills and a fortnightly cleaner are included.

About me:

I'm a mid-30s professional, normally in the office four days a week. I'm friendly and easy-going, happy doing my own thing but equally enjoy the occasional chat over a tea/wine or watching a bit of TV together after work. I'm looking for someone who is similar – friendly and relaxed, but considerate and respectful. I live a busy life, so like the flat to feel like a happy, peaceful and calming haven!

This would be ideal for a professional commuter wanting a comfortable, welcoming base during the week.

The most important thing for me is finding someone who is easy to live with. I'd much rather find the right person than simply fill the room.
