Short Let for the Summer

Looking to rent out my room to visit my family over July. Really flexible on duration from 1 month minimum to 2 months maximum.

Big spacious room in a fully furnished flat. Queen size bed, desk and office chair. Lots of storage. Beautiful views, balcony and rooftop access. Bike storage, Washing machine. Kitchen has air fryer, coffee machine and smoothie maker.

One minute walk from Clapham Junction station for ideal transport links. Shops and gyms all very close within 5 minute walk.

Housemate Michael is really friendly, likes to socialise a bit in the flat but also very happy giving each other space. Works for the civil service and enjoys playing tennis and going to the gym regularly.
