I’ve been here for 3 years and the location is AMAZING!! Can be at The Northcote Pub or M&S Foodhall within 2mins, Clapham Junction Station within 5mins and a theres a bus right outside to Clapham Old Town that takes 15mins.
You would be living with my housemate Beth (27). We let through Hamptons and they require a minimum salary of £34,500 and the right to rent in the UK. Hamptons will also carry out referencing checks.
Move in date: 31st August
Rent: £1,150
Bills: £100 - £150 (Internet, Water, Gas, Electric & Council Tax)
Deposit: £1,096.15
Contract duration: currently until December 2026 but likely to confirm a 12m extension in June
