- Lively area/Walking distance from many shops, bars, restaurants, cafe's, book shops, charity shops, gyms - everything you could want!
- Under 10 minutes to both Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common parks
Bills:
- £90 to £150 PCM depending on time of year. This includes electricity, gas, water and internet, council tax
- Council Tax band C
About us:
We are two friends who both work full time in hospitality management. George (35) and Emma (33).. We enjoy being social when the time calls for it but also enjoy chilling out at home, having a coffee and relaxed nights in. We have a sweet, fluffy indoor cat called Jimmy who likes to roam around and people watch out the windows.
About you:
- Ideally you would also work in hospitality/events/music/creative industry. The house may not suit a strict 9-5 schedule due to location and our schedules, but we're very open to all enquiries!
- Aged 30 to 36 (flexible for right person)
- Clean and tidy, ready to chip in on housework/bins etc
- Couples are welcome, the rent would be adjusted to 1450 pcm
- The room is huge and large enough for a desk/WFH set up. We are not considering those who WFH full time however..
- A cat lover! Jimmy is very friendly and will want you to pet him, give him treats and will bring his toys to you to play with. He is an indoor cat so you will need to be proactive in following the rules around not letting him out.
