The flat is a lovely 3-bed, which is nicely located 2 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and near the vibrant Northcote Road. Both rooms have decent sized double beds. There is a spacious open-plan living area with plenty of natural light, and a kitchen area with lots of storage space.
Within the complex, there is a leisure centre at no extra cost, which includes a pool and sauna!
You'll be living with me, Alex, 23, working in tech in Central London. I'm sociable and always up for going to the pub, grabbing food, or doing something at the weekend, but I'm equally respectful of everyone's own space and downtime. I'm easy-going, tidy, and looking for housemates who are friendly and enjoy a good balance between being social and doing their own thing.
Rent is £1100 pcm and deposit is £1265 - bills total to roughly £85.
