Looking for a new roommate!

Unfortuently my current roommate is relocating back to America so am looking for someone to take over her room. We currently have a really nice dynamic, both have our own friend in London but enjoy spending time together at home, watching films/documentaties and also exploring the local area. Would ideal be looking for someone with similar vibes.


Super cosy 2 bed flat in Clapham junction (max 10 minutes from the station), within close distant to Battersea, with lots of local shops, cafes and pubs.

Bills are currently £175, included a sky box with Netflix , accounting for fluctuations in summer/winter

This is a joint tenancy agreement shared with me, rather than a room-only rental. The incoming tenant will be added to the tenancy agreement, subject to landlord/management agency approval and their standard referencing process, including affordability, credit and Right to Rent checks. Need to earn over £40k to pass reference checks
